About Me

‘You can’t change your past, but together we can change the impact it has on you.’

My Story

I have extensive clinical experience and have worked in a variety of settings over the course of the past decade. These include a charity working with survivors of Domestic Abuse, The Princess Royal Trust for Carers, The Children’s Society, Dorset Families Matter and various Dorset schools.

In addition to my private practice I work as a school counsellor.

I am committed to my own professional development and have trained in a number of areas, including: working with trauma, domestic abuse, self harm, child abuse and bereavement.
